LET’S ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS

  • For branding projects: not much! You’ll need to come with a concept for your brand design, since we do not freestyle designs. You’ll also need your business name, offerings and a general understanding of your target audience.

    For website projects: you should have at least a professionally designs logo (if not booking a brand package as well) & brand guidelines outlining your brand fonts, colors & use instructions.

    Regarding photography: If you would like photos featured in any designs, including business cards, flyers, website/website banner designs, etc. you will need to have professionally shot & edited photos. We will not work with iPhone/smartphone/low quality images. We can provide stock photography for select projects— for an additional fee—but we recommend having at least 1-2 photos of you/your team/products.

  • All design services are booked 1 month in advance. This ensures that all the necessary consultations, pre-planning, and/or payments are completed prior to your project timeline starting, and a smooth project run-time.

    For example: if you inquire on January 1st, you can book your project for anytime after February 1st.

  • Yes!

    All our branding projects come with a brand guidelines sheet/document that details how to utilize your brand assets to remain consistent.

    All our website projects include detailed instructions on how to use/make changes to your website after it is live. We also provide basic technical support for 7 days after delivery! If you need any assistance with website maintenance post-delivery, at our rate of $100/hour!
