Since we offer comprehensive branding/website packages, single services are not available at this time. We believe branding and marketing take effort—over time— rather than a one off solution & we are committed to helping brands grow long-term.

Consider building your own package of various “single services” as a custom package option to fit your unique needs. You can inquiry for a this kind of package under our “custom package” option.

We will not freestyle a branding or design project completely, as this allows for too many discrepancies and deteriorates the process/timeline. However, if you need help bringing a brainstormed idea into a full concept, I can assist on a need basis! I also offer creative direction services where I can help you plan designs, campaigns, photo/video shoots & more!

I allow up to 2 rounds of revisions. Depending on your project you will get the following: 1 at 50-60% completion and 1 before I submit your project for approval OR as outlined in your project timeline/contract. During these rounds you will be able to give me a full scope of any alterations or changes you may want; 1-2 rounds is usually enough for my clients. To avoid additional fees, be as thorough as possible when providing revision requests in your two complimentary rounds.

Any additional revision rounds will be charged at $75/hour—or to the designer’s discretion, based on the complexity of the revisions. If your revision requires extensive changes, you may be charged a “New Project Fee’ again, at the discretion of the designer.

Any revisions requested within 5 days of project completion and approval, will be reviewed and a $100/ hour fee will be charged if revisions are within reason. Revisions after 5 days of completion will be considered on a need-to-need basis, but are not guaranteed.

Yes of course! All projects may be split in up to 3 payments—depending on your project start date. All projects require a 50% deposit to secure your project and start date. The remaining cost may be split into up 2 two additional payments, within the scope of your project start and end date.

1. You submit your inquiry form and schedule your free, 15 minute discovery call with me. During the call we will discuss your business, needs, and set expectations for projects/timelines. I will also answer any misc. questions you have

2. If we have decided we are a good fit, I will send a project proposal to you within 24-48 hours after your discovery call. The project proposal will include your project deliverables, project deposit invoice, contract and a scheduler to set up your brand strategy/creative direction call with me.

3. During your 25-40 minutes strategy call, we will refresh on what we talked about during the discovery call and I will present a brand strategy and creative direction presentation for you to approve the direction of your project

4. Once your creative direction is approved and mood board is chosen, you will be put into a waiting period until the project start date you have chosen.

5. When your project begins, you will be notified and we will begin the project timeline that was discussed with you; during this time communication MUST be timely to ensure timelines remain on track and to avoid additional fees/project cancellation with no refund.

6. At the end of your project , everything will be packaged and sent to you and you’ll be ready to start building your dream brand!
